I have mould appearing in the two toilets at the level 1 of my property in Glasgow, Scotland. I require a tradeperson to do the following: 1. Inspect the affected area and underlying causes. 2. Provide safe mould removal and remediation 3. Recommend or install improved ventilation (e.g., extractor fan) or waterproofing. 4. Advise on future prevention. I do not have any materials needed to complete the task

These guys are changing the rules of the game for lead generation sites. I've used them all over the years and still on a few of the big ones, but paying for job leads that come to nothing is my biggest gripe.
