I need a competent carpenter/joiner to to install 1 x FD30S glazed internal fire door in an HMO property in Haringey. Scope of work: Fit 44mm FD30S glazed fire door into existing timber frame Router and fit intumescent + smoke seals (15x4mm) into frame Fit 3 x fire-rated hinges (Grade 7) Install overhead door closer (EN1154 compliant) Fit fire-rated latch Ensure correct fire door gaps (2–4mm sides/top) Please only respond if you have experience installing fire doors

These guys are changing the rules of the game for lead generation sites. I've used them all over the years and still on a few of the big ones, but paying for job leads that come to nothing is my biggest gripe.
