Looking for a decorator/plasterer to carry out internal decorating and plastering works at a residential property. The job includes removing existing woodchip wallpaper from a room approximately 3m x 4m, preparing and smoothing the walls after removal, and repainting the room to a clean, professional finish. Additional plastering works are required to a partial kitchen wall area approximately 2m x 2m, followed by painting the repaired sections to match existing finishes. Photos will be provided.

These guys are changing the rules of the game for lead generation sites. I've used them all over the years and still on a few of the big ones, but paying for job leads that come to nothing is my biggest gripe.
