Post your job and we'll start an active search for suitable trade members in your local area and let them know about your job. When a trade member is interested in your job they will send you a request for them to be added to your job's shortlist. At this point you should view their profile page which has a lot of useful information to help you decide whether to add them to your shortlist or rule them out.
